It is a simple and tidy 50 acre farm. We do all our own hay. Square bales are used in the stalls and 24/7 round bale in the colder months or if grass growth is low. Outdoor waters are heated in the winter. There is no riding arena, but a lunge ring/round pen and fields to ride in. We mainly care for older/retired horses.
